NASI BERIANI and BREAD

Thats are the menu  for our class today. We were so surprise when Prof Burjoyai told us today that we  will learned how to cook 'nasi beriani' in just 20 minutes...what????...we r not JAMIE OLIVER or NIGELLA FEAST...When we think it logically, it was  NOOOTTT possible, because even at my home my mom at least need almost one hours or more to prepare nasi beriani for my family and IF it was me doing the cookin i'm sure took longer than that!!... But my Prof confidently said we only need perhaps 1 hour to make nasi beriani for the entire class.....bythe way prof,we r not in 'HELL KITCHEN' like in the astro travel n living right?????..O_o
He told us, what we need just the raw ingredients to make nasi beriani such as chicken, rice, water, mix vegetables and chicken curry paste. After that we put all ingredients into the plastic container, put litter bit of salt and butter and mix it. Lastly put it into the microwave and wait for about 20 minutes.
Personally I actually hard to belief that nasi beriani will cooked nicely like "my mom" nasi beriani. we not some kind like CHEF WAN or CHEF KAMARUL!!..however, when this nasi beriani taken out from the microwave, the aroma of nasi berani was so YUHHHMMEEYYY and its taste was unforgotten. Moreover,this nasi beriani doesn't have to wait for long time to be sold out, i'm bet ..^_^..HAHAHAHA

okay,we move on next recipe ya puan-puan!!!(feelin like chef wan..hahaha)

For the recipe to make bread, the procedure was also the same. What we need are all the ingredients, then mixed together, put it into the machine called bread factory and wait about 2 hours. Finally you will get soft and delicious bread.
and again YUHHMMEEYYY....SEDAAAAPPP..


Next, after lunch we learned how to identify our product strength. This done by distinguish our product with another product that exist in the market. Thus, we can know our product capability and weakness and try to polish it.


So That all that we learned for class today :)...
n for me,i personally think that todays class was not only thought us on HOW TO COOK NASI BERIANI AND MADE A BREAD in minimal times but its also taught us on how to improve our product to better achievement from the previous product which also can be applied in L.I.F.E (know ur weakness,make a change to better person)

Thanks to the MALAYSIAN TEAM....because of them ,we got extra holiday for Happy New Year..hehehehe..i'm kidding..
ACTUALLY they did more than that!!
We, the MALAYSIAN should very happy and proud when our football team won the Piala Suzuki AFF for the first time after so many years. Personally, i'm not the biggest fans of football. However when I saw the match between Malaysia and Indonesia last Wednesday i felt so overwhelming and proud to be Malaysian. From that games we can saw the spirit of 'One Malaysia' inside all Malaysian heart and soul. Even though there so many controversial agenda that were created by the Indonesian BUT ,we still succeed to won the Piala Suzuki. I still remember the feeling when we saw the match that was held at our stadium negara Bukit Jalil . It just like a dreams when Malaysia team scored 3 goals and I'm sure that goals was not only from the Malaysian team but also from the MALAYSIAN prays..I remembered the time when the Indonesian team got the penalties,my father prayed a doa' " Ya ALLAH, bagilah Malaysia menang "..i'm sure, all of us were like that no matter what religion we r.....(actually,i'm one of the person..HAHAHAHAHA)..The feeling of proud, happy and excited all come together after one goal and another goal and another goal....GOALLLLL..then 2nd goal..GOALLLLLLL...3rd goal...GOAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL..... Actually it was  long time ago,where I felt this way. The only things that I remember from past game is feeling angry and sad when watched the games. But, right now the feeling of mad just fly aways, and there are no feeling of angry anymore,and those bad expression of 'Alah,team malaysia nih!! or ntah ape-ape la team nih' were no longer available. instead we will say "GO MALAYSIAN TEAM...WE LOVE U"

Thanks to all young Malaysian football team for their extremely good performance during that Championship. I as Malaysian hope that this history will continue in another championship.
